A little bit about Dr Idachaba in her own words as it pertains to practicing medicine:
“I absolutely enjoy what I do and at this point, I have been doing this for long enough to know what I want to focus on and what I don’t. I see patients both in the healthy state as well as the sick state. It is my goal as a physician to quickly get you back to a state of health, manage your chronic illness such that you can have it under control and therefore enjoy a quality of life, make sure you are up to date on the screening tests for your age and provide age appropriate preventive services. I will do what is in my medical power to support my patients desire to be healthy through education, regular check up, testing and lifestyle modification. I will allow you to be an active participant in your medical care as I do understand that more and more people are knowledgeable about their medical conditions especially in this information age. I hope that through my interactions with my patients, they feel empowered, satisfied, directed, cared for and respected. This is certainly my goal.”
Outside of medicine, Dr. Idachaba loves to teach her preschoolers at church, travel, research things on the internet, read and enjoy good company.
